· Analysis of the projects current state to move off shore – tooling, documentation etc.

· Provide a best estimate for the cost involved in the specialised tooling required.

· Provide a best estimate for the cost involved in the move offshore and setting up the manufacture with specialised requirement.

· Provide a top-level project plan covering the major steps in setting up offshore.


Key Decisions points:-

· Products- customised or standard
· RoHS analysis – market specific
· Cost analysis – manufacture region
· Process -facility size, production volumes, technology
· Location - near supply or your market
· Human resource - specialised or enriched jobs

· Procurement - single or multiple sources –Country Specific – Licence required.

· Scheduling - stable or fluctuating

· Inventory when to reorder how much to keep in hand and MOQ management

· Quality - how to implement - quality certifications
· Reliability and maintenance – Service repair offshore or local
· Safety approvals and Certifications – Country Specific.
· Security of IP and product build standards

Act as middlemen -The relationship is set up between you and manufacturer finally selected that best meet your ongoing production needs.


You place the Purchase Orders and pay the CM directly.


However on a project basis we are available to manage the specific CM time / full time should a client require this service.
